Sound good on the phone! Intensive practice of the language you need to make different kinds of calls: making contact, exchanging information, making arrangements, responding to requests or dealing with problems. In this course we will practise useful phrases and reacting spontaneously. We will also cover the "rules" of e-mail/letter writing in English. The course will prepare you with practical tips, useful phrases and vocabulary, formal and informal correspondence as well as finding the right tone.
